World Travel Market London is a global travel trade show held each November at ExCeL in London. It connects destinations, tour operators, airlines, hotels and travel technology providers for three days of meetings and deal-making. For loyalty and CX leaders, WTM is less a loyalty conference than a view of the travel distribution landscape their programs plug into, useful for partnership scouting across destinations and suppliers.
