Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Loyalty Juggernaut, Inc.'s ("LJI") website at loyaltyjuggernaut.com. Use of the GRAVTY® platform and related Services is separately governed by the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) executed between LJI and each Client.

Overview

Loyalty Juggernaut, Inc. is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Palo Alto, California. We operate the website at loyaltyjuggernaut.com, marketing pages describing the GRAVTY® platform, and the Trust Center. The marketing pages do not themselves grant any right to use the GRAVTY® Services.

By using the LJI website, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Master Subscription Agreement

Access to and use of the GRAVTY® platform and Services is governed by the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) executed between LJI and the Client, together with the relevant Subscription Service Order. Defined terms used here have the same meaning as in the MSA.

The MSA covers, among other things, license scope, data ownership, confidentiality, payment terms, service-level commitments, term and termination, liability limitations, and dispute resolution. Clients with an active MSA should refer to that document for the controlling terms.

Site Use

You may browse the website for the purpose of evaluating LJI, GRAVTY®, and our Services. You may not:

  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically reproduce the website or any part of it without written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LJI systems, accounts, or non-public areas of the site.
  • Use the website to transmit malware, conduct vulnerability probes outside the scope of a coordinated disclosure, or interfere with other users' use of the site.
  • Use any LJI marks, including GRAVTY®, the Loyalty Juggernaut name, or any LJI logos, in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that does not exist.
